Collette Wiederrich

Collette Wiederrich is a seasoned operations leader with a passion for creating smooth, efficient processes and exceptional employee experiences. As the Manager of Administration at Pac/West Strategies, she oversees human resources, vendor management, and key internal operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Before joining Pac/West Strategies, Wiederrich spent two years at Columbia Sportswear in Portland, Oregon, where she managed HR and customer experience for the company’s largest retail store. Her role included everything from onboarding new hires to training and development, and she played a key part in fostering a positive and supportive environment for both employees and customers.

Wiederrich’s career also includes a decade with Holland America Line, where she traveled the world as part of the sea-going team. She led both the youth program and the shore excursion team, managing daily operations, staff safety, and, of course, ensuring fun and memorable experiences for all. Along the way, Wiederrich had the incredible opportunity to visit all seven continents, including Antarctica.

Wiederrich holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Art History from Pacific University, where she met Pac/West Strategies President and CEO, Mark Truax.
