As Communications Manager at Pac/West Strategies, Erena Connon leads her team to success by focusing on diverse engagement, collaboration and captivating content. Her passion for communication and marketing strategy ensures that her diverse portfolio of clients receive tailor-made approaches specific to their needs. Along with leading client projects, Connon also champions her Pac/West Strategies team members, supporting their personal and professional development.

Prior to joining Pac/West Strategies, Connon’s time with Potatoes USA had her focused on strategies and campaigns to foster engagement and unity in the agriculture sector. Utilizing her skills in digital marketing, stakeholder outreach, and community events, Connon helped represent potato growers and importers all while boosting potato demand across the United States. While at Grease Monkey International, Connon’s management of system wide communications, brand collaborations, and targeted marketing helped connect consumers to the nation’s largest independent franchisor of automotive oil change centers. Her digital marketing strategies boosted over 250 nationwide franchisees, enhanced brand visibility and guaranteed maximum impact.

Connon holds a Master of Science in marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in management and marketing from Spring Hill College. Her adorable cat, Quemi, keeps her busy when she is not tending to her plants and exploring the great outdoors.
