Ryan Henke serves as a Communications Associate for Pac/West Strategies, providing support on communications projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and strengthen reputations—both for the firm and its clients. By working closely with internal teams and leadership, Henke ensures that messaging is not only compelling but also resonates with stakeholders across various audiences.

Henke’s diverse background spans healthcare, defense, and community engagement. As a Community Relations Specialist with Gentle Giant Moving Company, he honed his skills in relationship building, event coordination, and digital strategy, successfully managing advocacy events and elevating the company’s online presence. At Rational 360, he developed targeted content, secured prominent media coverage, and organized policy forums, delivering actionable insights for Fortune 500 companies and trade associations. These experiences have equipped him to craft meaningful messaging and foster connections in his role at Pac/West Strategies.

Henke earned his B.S. in Communications with a minor in History from James Madison University (JMU), where he sharpened his storytelling and strategic skills. During his time there, he curated programming for the campus radio station WXJM and published research on U.S. foreign policy during the War on Terror, demonstrating his ability to combine communication expertise with a nuanced understanding of historical context.

A history enthusiast and natural storyteller, Hanke brings a thoughtful, forward-thinking perspective to his work. When he’s not crafting impactful messaging, he’s exploring new technologies, sailing, attending live music events, or delving into the stories that shape our world. His unique blend of skills, experience, and creativity makes him an invaluable part of the Pac/West Strategies team.
