Her expertise spans ballot issue campaigns, government affairs, stakeholder relations, and ESG report development, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Romshek’s ability to connect big-picture strategies with actionable solutions makes her an indispensable asset to the team.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Romshek has worn many hats, navigating roles with precision and adaptability. She provides strategic oversight and leadership on the firm’s high-profile campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives, coordinating diverse communications and public relations efforts, including community outreach, stakeholder relations programs, and ESG report development.

She earned a double Master of Science in energy and society and management from Durham University in England, a distinction that underscores her advanced understanding of complex energy systems and organizational dynamics.
